About
InstaCode Dispatch is the technician and dispatcher console for locksmith shops running on the InstaCode Dispatch platform. If your shop takes calls through InstaCode Dispatch's phone system, this is the app where those jobs land and where you and your crew run the day.
DISPATCH BOARD
See every job for your shop in one place, grouped by where it stands — new, on the way, on site, completed. Tap a job to see the customer, the vehicle, the service address, and what's been done so far.
JOB DETAIL & STATUS
Open any job to see what the customer needs and update its status as you work it — on the way, on site, completed — right from your phone.
SCHEDULE
See what's booked for today and the days ahead, so you're never caught off guard by what's next.
VEHICLE KEY INFO
Job detail shows the key and access-code information tied to that vehicle, protected behind Face ID so it's only ever visible to you, on demand.
PAYMENT CAPTURE
Take payment where the job happens: record cash or check on the spot, or send the customer a secure card-payment link by text. Card payments are completed on a Stripe-hosted page — this app never sees or stores card numbers.
PHOTOS & INVOICES
Attach job-site photos from your photo library and view the invoice tied to each job.
INVENTORY
Keep a running list of the parts and stock your shop uses.
BUILT FOR WORKING OFFLINE
Cell signal in a parking garage or a rural driveway isn't guaranteed. Status updates, payment records, and photos queue on your phone the moment you make them and sync automatically the next time you're back online — so a dead zone never costs you a record of the work.
WHO THIS APP IS FOR
InstaCode Dispatch is built for owner-operators and small crews in the locksmith trade. It is not a consumer app for finding a locksmith — you'll need an active account with a locksmith business already running on the InstaCode Dispatch platform to sign in.

What's New in Instacode Dispatch
1.1.7
November 5, 2026
What's new in 1.1.7 • Inventory: stock totals and history are correct on part details, and techs see their van first. • Add parts by vehicle, from the catalog, or by hand with a starting quantity and location. • Adding a part to a job checks your stock first and asks before using more than you have. • Job parts show new or used and flag keys that may fit so you can verify. • Fixes for receiving stock and editing part cost.
