CANT LOG IN
Just purchased and signed up. Immediately unable to log into app and use the service. TRASH
Needs work
I’ve been using instacode for a few years now and yes it does work… most of the time. When you are finding bitting on more than one car a day the app will say no results found when you try to enter vehicle info at which point you have to force quit the app and try again. I’ve tried 4 different iPhones all with the same issue. Their support tried to help but they weren’t able to fix it. This app is still good for the average Joe but if you’re a full time locksmith that needs something reliable then you should look elsewhere.

Is amazing however needs one extra feature
As a lock smith apprentice this has been one of the absolutely best pieces of software for learning and doing my job, however there’s one thing that could make it soooo much better.
Please, please, please make a search criteria for the description of keys.
for example if I’ve got a customer that has a filing cabinet lock with no key but has a code and no manufacturer; make a search criteria that will show all descriptions that have filing cabinet written in it as well as all the other search criteria, if this feature was added I could see its potential for making locksmith’s lives easier

I used to be able to 1 month subscription at a time now the app wants me to buy a years worth so I can’t pay that one time that’s why I used it monthly now not working
No use for Harley Key Codes
Don’t know why they even bother listing Harley in the drop down, total waste of money.
