I had a subscription to your old app and now you decided to move to this new app without even notifying subscribers and the second thing the customer support sucks!!! They just keep saying restart the app to move your new subscription to the new app and although I have started the new app three times so far I am still on the FREE PLAN!!! What a shame!!!!!!!!!!!

Same app, money grab

I also had their previous app and paid lifetime. They indeed did disable the previous app even though it worked just fine. That’s some pretty terrible business ethics wanting you to get this app and pay again, not honoring their lifetime on the previous app. Their free mode doesn’t work for me. Probably because they want you to pay again…

Scam, stay away!

Do NOT pay for a lifetime subscription. This developer had another app, InstDown, they shut down and directed everyone to this new one. Lifetime subscriptions did not transfer. The app is exactly the same, this is nothing more than a money grab.

I bought the yearly plan on the old app. Then, they cancelled my subscription only to make me download a “new” app that does the exact same thing and charge a dollar extra a month?! What a thieve of a developer! Stay far away from this app!

Theives!

I bought a lifetime subscription to their old app a year ago and now I can’t use it because they disabled it and force you to use this new one but the purchase does not transfer to the new app. How can you sell a lifetime plan and then decide you’re going to just force users over to a different app that does THE SAME EXACT THING as the previous one and make them pay all over again!?!?
