I want to share my terrible experience with Insta Global Visa. They are complete scammers. I submitted my documents and paid the required fees, but they never provided the promised service. Not only did they take my money, but they also kept my personal documents, which is very worrying.
Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I received no proper response or support. They make big promises, but once they have your money, they completely ignore you.
I strongly warn everyone: do not trust Insta Global Visa. They are not reliable and will take advantage of you. Please be very careful and avoid losing your hard-earned money and sensitive documents like I did.

They will ask you to buy travel insurance after applying for e visa and it doesn’t state anywhere that you need it before applying as they list it as an additional service. Do not approach them

Parents, do not trust this company. We were hoping to bring our daughter in on a tourist visa then change her status to residence. WlA new law was passed that doesn’t allow this and all agents know this. If both parents are sponsored , you cannot bring a child in on a tourist visa. It took me flying back alone and going to immigrations to learn this. They were very helpful and cancelled the application immediately so that I could go ahead and process my daughter’s residence visa. Instead of them being honest they continued to try get more out of me for a dead end cause. I paid a flat rate and then an express fee. We missed two flights and there was still no visa. They offered super super express and I refused to pay. Thank God I didn’t pay. I paid a $30 fee to recieve a refund back incase of rejection and they ghosted me.

They are frauds who will take your money and never get you a visa I chose the express service and paid extra for a visa and never got a visa it's been 7 days. Don't try their service
