Ok if you figure out bug-workarounds
Let’s say a partner sends you a bunch of photos to print - you download them onto your phone and it will show as recent for you, but in the app it will be listed to when the photo was originally taken. Can fix this by changing the date and time of the photos - which is cumbersome.

i had bought this and it was working great for months, quality was alright, until one night i was just trying to print out a picture and i had left the room and when i came back THE FILM WAS REMOVED FROM THE PRINTER. All of the yellow, clear, blue, and pink just came out. I am so mad and disappointed. don’t waste your time

Firmware update
Received a couple of days ago and I’m having the same issues other people seem to have had on here with the firmware update, it says it takes 60 seconds, the printer flashes red then the app says all print jobs complete....had anyone had a response to resolve this issue? I have emailed customer services but had no response

Not impressed
First time using it and firmware update doesn’t work after many tries. I now see that this issue in not a one off judging by the reviews. Returning the product as no one available from customer support.
