Great App
I recently used this app for class project to see if it was a good platform to be used. I gave it a four star writing based on my overall experience. The platform is a powerful tool for automating cold email outreach, with standout features like campaign, sequencing, inbox warm-up and the ability to manage multiple email accounts. I really liked how you can set up email sequences and use features like inbox warm-up to avoid getting flagged as spam. Over all the layout is pretty clean, but it can be a little confusing at first and take some time to figure out. The price overall seems pretty fair for what you get. It’s about $37 a month but it can get expensive if you are using it. a lot.. I think this is a pretty good tool especially for small businesses or anyone specifically focusing on email marketing.

It’s ridiculous
It’s a joke. They take so much money and they can’t even make a normal list of emails in the unibox. When you scroll the same emails are showing up again and again. And there are many other bugs. It’s like a child made this app. it’s ridiculous.
Best AI app
I like how simple the Instantly mobile app is to use. The layout is clean and it’s easy to check univox activity quickly. It would be nice if the app added a few more options for campaign visibility but I’m overall happy with the experience.

Terrible support team
Joke of a support team. They have no idea how their own product works , every question is taken over by a new support person that has no context. They mistakenly tell me to upgrade to higher plans that I did NOT need , and then refused to refund. I also had credits with them on another plan paid upfront , they removed all credits when I cancelled that subscription….. I’ve never seen any other company remove credits you’ve paid for. Overall just a terrible experience and will not use them again.

Was expecting more
I went all in. 30 email boxes, multiple email campaigns, thousands of emails sent and not much to show for it. I don’t think it’s the software as much as it’s just cold email isn’t as successful as it was. The software itself was good. It was easy to use but didn’t get any real results. In the last campaign before canceling, I sent 20,000 emails and received a dozen responses all saying no interested or remove me from your list. If you have a product that responds to cold email than this could be a great product for you.

Unreliable notifications
How do you manage to build an app for tracking email replies and NOT have in depth notification settings?
No send button for replies
I like being able to see responses from my campaigns but what use is it if I can’t reply to anyone? Please update this. I’m on an iPhone 16 and the blue send button is not visible or it hides behind the keyboard so you can’t access it.
Refund
All sales are final even if the service was never even used. Just spent 400 and now I can’t get it back. Wish companies were more transparent and less money hungry
charged $90 after canceled subscription
canceled my subscription, charged $50, talked to support and didn’t get a refund but they “canceled my subscription” and then got charged $40

Needs an update
This is great for inbox management during the day, but I’m hoping for an update soon. A few of the bugs I’ve noticed - leads don’t stay labeled, there is no send button when responding manually, refreshing the inbox lags, workspaces lag when switching back and forth.
The app is semi usable but having no send button when responding manually really kills the app.

Instantly is great. But this app is not good. I dont get any notifications, even though the settings are turned on and the functionality is weak.
