Very horrible app and service
Would never recommend this service. I booked a service and the so called professional Eric T. never showed up and when I contacted customer service they gave her every in the world as to why he did not show up. And when he finally did get in contact with me almost 2 hours later, he had the nerve to have a nasty attitude. Go the old fashion way and find a tea handy to handle your services.

3 times cancelled last minutes
Terrible service. Have bookings confirmed. Reconfirmed ans cancelled at the very last minute. Prices are not real as they end up charging more and extras. Customer service dont really care!

Booked a cleaner for tomorrow last minute and honestly it was smooth. Found someone within 30 minutes and she confirmed right away. That's exactly what I needed.
The app is pretty easy to use, no complicated steps. Just search, select and book. Done.
She came on time and did a decent job. Not perfect but good enough for the price. Some corners were cut but nothing terrible.

Misleading, broken, and a complete waste of time
At first glance, the app looks useful because it lists several services like bathroom cleaning, handyman work, general plumbing, TV mounting, and device installation, all at different prices. But that pricing is misleading. The reality is that you apparently cannot book a service unless the total is at least $120. That is a huge detail, and it is not presented clearly upfront. Showing lower-cost service options that customers cannot actually book is frustrating and feels deceptive.
What makes it worse is the customer support, which is either terrible or nonexistent. I tried reaching out for help, but the app crashes every single time I attempt to send a message to support. The app fails at the exact moment you need help the most. So not only is the booking experience broken, but the support system is broken too.
This app creates the impression that you have choices, flexible pricing, and support if something goes wrong. In reality, you hit hidden limits, dead ends, and crashes. If your service is under $120, do not expect a smooth booking experience. And if you need help, do not expect support to save the situation.
