As a seasoned real estate agent we love this platform. It allows us to have an unhosted Open House for a Seller while providing a level of assurance of who is actually visiting the home. In today’s world you can’t be too safety conscious. As an agent it also help us connect with potential Buyers who aren’t represented by an agent already. As far as we’re concerned it a triple win (Buyer/Seller/Agent). Highly recommend!

How to be their virtual choice
I love the app it verifies the agent and/or let them know you need prequalification information and when they show PROPERTY, that is another agent - you can be there to answer any questions that they need. I would recommend it.

Incredible technology that saves time and money!
I owned a rental property that was over 100 miles away from my home. I wanted to sell on my own, but the distance made it unrealistic. InstaShow’s self-touring technology made this possible. Their ID verification along with the camera integration gave me the confidence to sell on my own with out being present. I loved the fact that I could require anybody looking at the property to be pre-approved prior to them scheduling a tour. I am not the most tech savvy person and was able to list the property in about 20 minutes. InstaShow was simple to use and saved me both time and money… I highly recommend!!
