After I get into the intro screen the app just locks up

Not working at all, terrible experience

I was at the property gate and try to start the tour. The app isn’t responding at all and kept giving me the error message. Super frustrated as i drove 30 minutes for this self-guided tour.

Slow, buggy, terrible UI. Genuinely hard to understand why a company would use this app for their tours.
