Loving our space
I really enjoy living at Mandolin. It is a well maintained community. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. They have well planned activities on a regular basis. I always look forward to our next gathering. I’m hoping it’s another BBQ.
Least User Friendly Renters App
This app is a nightmare!! Everything about it is useless or broken. It doesn’t actually let you reserve any amenities like our old app and it takes 10 times as long to pay rent. The ClickPay integration is a nightmare and makes you have an entirely separate login, then charges you a service fee every time even when paying directly through a checking account. The app has so many features, yet none of them are useful. Having to deal with this is enough to make me never live in an RPM building again.
