Glitches and bugs
Every experience I have had with this app has never been an easy time. When searching up cities near me to find tours, somehow my city never has any. I search in big cities nearby and also the same thing. I have viewed properties already with this app through third-party sites and found them easily.

Easy to use!
Well-designed, good instructions and images for navigating properties, responsive team
Smooth Experience
Thanks to this app, my apartment building offered a self-guided tour that I happily took advantage of in order to show my friends and family what my new home had to offer. The instructions were easy to follow and overall went very smoothly. There was a small bump in the road, only due to the apartment building, but I was able to chat with someone immediately to resolve the problem. I will definitely look into doing this again!

ID Scanner Doesn’t Work
The app’s ID scanner is trash, im a potential tenant having to now reach out to the complex telling them that if I can’t just text them a picture of my ID well I guess we’ll have to cancel the tour and I’ll live somewhere else. Ridiculous
Great if you need it
Wasn’t the easiest if you aren’t super tech-savvy but my friend figured it out. Otherwise we could tour easily. We did have a weird moment when the real leasing person was taking someone through the model apartment when we were there. Would have liked to be able to just ask a person questions and see more than one apartment.
