Manny Garcia Maintenance

Amazed at how he came the very next day and resolved/fixed the problems! I’ve been at The Sir Richard 10-years without issues ever resolved. What a difference it makes to have Cornerstone be the new management! Even the hallway carpets are clean and the laundry room is noticeably cleaner.
Plus our building manager Joe Cisneros is very responsive and respectful. Thank You!
