Poor payment and charges history
This app makes it unnecessarily difficult to understand your rent charges and payment history. Charges are shown as one long, continuously scrolling list with no clear way to organize or view them by month.
There also isn’t enough detail explaining what each charge is for, which makes it difficult to verify whether a charge is correct or identify potential errors. I also can’t find a simple way to export or download a monthly statement or complete charge history.
For an app used to manage something as important as rent, there should be clear monthly statements, detailed descriptions for every charge, and an easy way to export payment and billing records.

Worst app I’ve ever used
The most AI slop app I’ve ever used. Nothing works. There’s buttons overlapping each other so you can’t click anything. I just want to pay my rent and there’s no button to do that. You’re forced to use BILT which opens up another mini app that’s somehow even worse. Nothing is integrated. I had to text an AI agent in there to pay my rent and the balance is still not updated

Awful User Interface
app constantly glitches. not user friendly or intuitive at all. gotta click like 7 different buttons just to get to the page where you can pay rent. terrible to put in service requests and the text box when doing so glitches out when you type too many words. it’s like this app wasn’t even designed for IOS??? truly so frustrated that i am forced to use this platform to do anything related to my apartment. you’d think a company that’s making so much raking in rent could do better.

Kinda janky
It’s 2026 and it’s never been easier to build decent apps, but somehow this app still came out kinda janky. Even the AI chatbot is janky. It’s 2026. I expect much more than this. Seems like they paid someone $20 to make this app.
Nearly impossible to simply pay rent
The app is visually pretty and all, and it’s incredibly easy to sync your bank/card details, but that’s about it. For actually paying rent, you have to go several pages deep into the sidebar settings, and when you finally get to the ‘Pay Rent’ screen, the button just pushes you back to the main menu. It also doesn’t even give you the option to pay rent early, the button only appears on the day rent is due. So if you’re traveling and know you’ll be offline the day rent is due, you’re out of luck.
