i need my rent/complex app to do exactly two things - service requests and pay rent. not simple to find where you pay rent in this app and dont love that i was forced to sign up for bilt to use it (in my opinion should be the first thing when i open this app).

Outsourced template garbage, forced to switch to this dog water app from Livly. Hate it.
Super intuitive and clean
Honestly, the design is simple and everything is exactly where you'd expect it. My parents could use this with zero help. Worth every tap.
Package notifications are clutch
In short, I get a ping the second a package arrives and can grab it on my way in. No more missed deliveries. Couldn't be happier.
Simplest rent payment anywhere
Happy to say, one tap, done, rewarded. I tell my friends in other buildings how good this is. Highly recommend.
Booking amenities is effortless
Genuinely, reserved the rooftop for a birthday in under a minute. No emails back and forth with the front desk anymore. Couldn't be happier.

Properly manger switched from another app to this one. Super easy to use, especially to book amenities and track maintenance requests. The events section is nice too there’s a lot of good stuff in there.

Quick note: after a few months, going back to email and paper notices sounds painful. This is the way. Such a great addition.
Terrible
App constantly crashes. Barely works when trying to pay rent through bank, so always have to pay via debit card which conveniently tacks on additional charges.
Forced to download
Got forced to download this to pay my rent. For absolute no reason.

Can’t Pay Precursory Fee
I try to pay my move in fees using my BILT account and it sends me the code to use for MFA. Once I enter that code, it says that the application needs to be updated and leaves me stuck on the MFA page.
Crashing
The app always crashes when I try to make a servicing request. I have to try like 10 times before I can complete it.
Bad
This app is bad. The only thing I need to use it for is pay rent and they may that as difficult as possible. They hide it behind as much adds and junk as possible. It is a poorly designed app and it’s clear the only thing they care about is their rewards/points program. Trash app, and they use Bilt which is even worse. Would give it zero if I could.

Cannot PAY RENT!
I tried to pay rent at 3 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2026 and the app is not user friendly and the instructions to pay rent do not align no where on the app! This is extremely inconvenient!
