Amazed at how he came the very next day and resolved/fixed the problems! I’ve been at The Sir Richard 10-years without issues ever resolved. What a difference it makes to have Cornerstone be the new management! Even the hallway carpets are clean and the laundry room is noticeably cleaner.

Great app, makes rent super easy to pay. At that, all your bills easy to pay, not only rent everything in one app!

Difficult to find any information beyond making a basic payment. To be fair, usually making a payment is all that is needed from this app, but if you need anything else, good luck.

A little confusing yet very efficient and effective.
The balance system appears to be backwards compared to a traditional display. If you want to pay your bills early after making a deposit it will post as i.e. -$1,000 until rent due date then back to zero or positive as if you had money in an account until withdrawn. Most people probably don’t even look or care to say anything

This app needs updates
The payment section of this app is not easy to use or understand. I set up monthly payment but it’s not pulling them, or at least idk if it’s pulling them. This should be straightforward and easy to see where and when my money is going.
