Smooth Experience
Thanks to this app, my apartment building offered a self-guided tour that I happily took advantage of in order to show my friends and family what my new home had to offer. The instructions were easy to follow and overall went very smoothly. There was a small bump in the road, only due to the apartment building, but I was able to chat with someone immediately to resolve the problem. I will definitely look into doing this again!

ID Scanner Doesn’t Work
The app’s ID scanner is trash, im a potential tenant having to now reach out to the complex telling them that if I can’t just text them a picture of my ID well I guess we’ll have to cancel the tour and I’ll live somewhere else. Ridiculous
Great if you need it
Wasn’t the easiest if you aren’t super tech-savvy but my friend figured it out. Otherwise we could tour easily. We did have a weird moment when the real leasing person was taking someone through the model apartment when we were there. Would have liked to be able to just ask a person questions and see more than one apartment.

Great app!
I’m an agent and I have to say scheduling my client’s showing through the app was seamless and easy! I got great support from Zoe when I had questions pre and post showing. She was quick to respond and help me! Great app I’ll use it again gladly!!
Horrible Customer Service
Took me reaching out several times to get a response and they were no help. Never was able to tour rented somewhere else that I could tour at.

I am out of state and was looking for apartment options with very little luck and trouble and confusion with using realtors. Then I stumbled across Aigentless and the building I was interested in touring, and it make it super easy. I talked with Zoe, who was SO responsive and quick. She was super helpful and made the entire process seamless, answered all questions I had, sent previous videos of the units, etc. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to make their touring experience and conversations about a unit easier!!

Easy and Convenient!
The app was intuitive and easy to understand. Everyone was super helpful in getting my application in to secure the apartment!! Customer service was 10/10, so responsive!!

Super convenient
Very convenient way to book appointments and do a self-guided tour of apartment buildings. Had consistent communication with a real agent, Zoe, via text, who was very accessible and helpful when I had questions.
Tenant Broker approved!
This app is an absolute game changer for tenant brokers. In a busy market it’s already hard enough to book appointments at apartment buildings that have to be during business hours and work for the landlord’s agent schedule. With this app I was able to tour buildings with my clients any day/time and even with short notice. They have model units for easy access. The app’s Ai perfectly walks you through building amenities and answers any questions your client may have. A live agent also greet’s you via text right before showing to answer any questions the Ai can’t!
My only request would be that more buildings have this as it makes showings so much easier and go so smoothly!
