The eSIM I purchased worked pretty much everywhere in Germany and Czechia. Even streamed Netflix on it. Great price $25 for 50 Gigs. I almost took off a star because the printed instructions had the wrong activation link and I had to get on the chat with them - they then resolved the issue quickly by sending the correct activation link.

Ho acquistato una sim per il Giappone per 30gg, ma dopo pochissimi giorni ha smesso di funzionare. Ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat, ma l’operatore oltre alle operazioni standard non è stato d’aiuto. Tra l’altro rispondeva ad ogni singolo messaggio ogni 2-3 minuti, rendendo la chat estenuante. Alla fine sono passata ad altro operatore, chiedendo il rimborso di quanto non utilizzato, ma nutro poche speranze. Lasciate perdere!

Assistenza assolutamente inesistente
Ho acquistato una SIM per 30 giorni per il Giappone e l’app mi ha dato una scadenza di soli 3 giorni, sono stato letteralmente un’ora a chattare con un operatore (bot?) che faceva sempre le stesse domande ma non mi rispondeva mai sulla durata della SIM. Lasciate perdere!

Good coverage but wrong data usage shown
The network coverage is good and highspeed. But the app shows data usage limit as 1 GB inspite of unlimited pack. Usage goes in negative which creates fear of using excess data and charges thereon. But fortunately no extra charges incurred.
