The eSIM I purchased worked pretty much everywhere in Germany and Czechia. Even streamed Netflix on it. Great price $25 for 50 Gigs. I almost took off a star because the printed instructions had the wrong activation link and I had to get on the chat with them - they then resolved the issue quickly by sending the correct activation link.

Ho acquistato una sim per il Giappone per 30gg, ma dopo pochissimi giorni ha smesso di funzionare. Ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat, ma l’operatore oltre alle operazioni standard non è stato d’aiuto. Tra l’altro rispondeva ad ogni singolo messaggio ogni 2-3 minuti, rendendo la chat estenuante. Alla fine sono passata ad altro operatore, chiedendo il rimborso di quanto non utilizzato, ma nutro poche speranze. Lasciate perdere!

Assistenza assolutamente inesistente
Ho acquistato una SIM per 30 giorni per il Giappone e l’app mi ha dato una scadenza di soli 3 giorni, sono stato letteralmente un’ora a chattare con un operatore (bot?) che faceva sempre le stesse domande ma non mi rispondeva mai sulla durata della SIM. Lasciate perdere!

Good coverage but wrong data usage shown
The network coverage is good and highspeed. But the app shows data usage limit as 1 GB inspite of unlimited pack. Usage goes in negative which creates fear of using excess data and charges thereon. But fortunately no extra charges incurred.
Good and affordable plans
I bought it for myself for Japan trip it worked wonderfully even better sometimes then others using local SIM card. Then i bought physical s card also for my mother who doesnt have esim option in android.
Stuck without data and no customer service and can’t log into an account!
This is the worst! They sent me an email confirming my payment but no activation link. I downloaded the app and now it’s locked me out for an hr a the otp they sent so I could log into didn’t work and I’m locked out of the account! What is the point in an eSIM if it takes hours!! My advice is strongly avoid!!!

Have not had any issues with the service once it was up and running.
The app on the other hand has been almost useless. I had multiple sims and it keep loosing them and not keeping track of what was used, what had expired or how much much data was used.

Seamless operation
Bought eSIMs for Mauritius. Hongkong and Australia. All auto connected with no issues.
Don’t bother
I purchased a 60 day 60GB Euro eSIM & from the beging it’s been a disaster. The app told me on purchase that the eSIM was already expired so I tried to contact through the app and through email & could never get through or get a response. When I did arrive overseas and turned my phone on the reception/connection was so bad I couldn’t use it anywhere, yet those I travelled with had perfect reception with the local cards they purchased. Don’t waste your time with this option, it won’t work. Buy one locally is probably your best option. Never again!!!

When we arrived in Japan the e-sim strated working without any problems and we had a good coverage during all our trip. Most 3/4G than 5G but for Maps and browsing was absolutely more than enough.
