Like the premise of the app, but I don’t love the app. Whenever I make a change to an event, members get a notification that is very confusing. It adds a date stamp with the day I changed the event, but the time is like 7 hours ahead of the time when I made the change. It’s very confusing for parents and athletes.

I hate this app. There are so many better ways to communicate with your team. It forces you to watch 30 second commercials for every 5 clicks you make on it. Garbage. Find something else.

Zero customer support
I have reached out multiple times over the last 3+ YEARS! No one will help cancel my subscription. Already contacted Apple and my bank, but still get billed years later. Not worth the trouble.

Too many adds, tries to make you put in credit card info, and just doesn’t seem to work well.
Glitches Galore
Our entire team is having issues with receiving notifications. Some of us are having issues getting messages at all. This has left our children to show up to practices with no coach because we were never relayed the message of a cancelation. That app is causing a lot of problems and it’s extremely frustrating.

Confusing and Slow

Works, but clunky and too many ads
This app is functional and no more or less so than the other alternatives out there but the UI is very clunky, setting up payment options is a little convoluted. The main complaint is that the ads have become extremely obtrusive. Obviously the app is ad supported and there is the option to remove ads but the extend that ads are shown is significantly more than other ad supported applications I have used. From being an Instateam user for several years I can say that the use of ads used to be more balanced and is much worse now. It makes the app almost impossible to use and not easy to recommend.

PHISHING SCAM ALERT
Downloaded for my kids soccer. Deceptive ad on the bottom of the app screen got me with a “start” button that looked legit. It immediately asked for my credit card info. The redirect also looked pretty close to the app design too. But it was a pretty clever ploy for my PII. Too clever for the app makers not to know. I will NEVER EVER use this app again.

Easy to manage app
I cannot express enough joy of having this app. It’s great and easy to use. I’ve been using it for over 4 years and highly recommend it. I love it.
Worst app in history if team apps
It is difficult to join and it is a loop of horror trying to get my wife on. It keeps trying to ask for a credit card and gps and does not let her in.
