Product suck. Doesn’t load. Will be waiting on loading screen for upwards of 30min and doesnt load. Close the app open and it’s still the same garbage. Quality sucks aswell. Super blurry and choppy.
Stole my money
They random charged me twice 149$ for the whole year when I signed up for monthly 9.99$ and refunded me first time and everything was fine. Then they do again so I call again and they said they will refund me after 1-2 days so on day 3 comes I call again and now they are like we can’t refund me after saying they were and literally stole money from me. Never would recommend, it’s a scam 100%

Fraud & Theft
I do not recommend InstaVision as an option. They are thieves. I signed up for a seven day free trial and canceled before I reached the end. They still charged me $99.99 and refused to refund me. Nor could they provide proof that I agreed to this. I have disputed the charge with my bank and have contacted the Better Business Bureau. If you decide to purchase through this company, watch your account closely. They did not send an email or give me any sort of heads up that my bank account would be deducted, nor did I authorize this transaction.

The service has gotten worse. It does not pickup motion, I have it set to pickup and record people and vehicles.
I should be able to see who’s approaching my home and what vehicles stop in front of my home. The days events only show one to two vehicles and maybe someone riding a bike. The service takes too long to load Andary now I have to press play for live view. Please address and fix this problem so that I may use your service as it is intended for!!

Amazing I had these installed when my father was sick and dying so that I could keep an eye on him in the same room and also, even though they were made for interior, I used them were amazing on a covered porch. Thank you for helping me. Keep my dad safe until he passed
Great camera
I absolutely love this camera. It has a very clear picture and I love how I get detailed notifications on what the camera has captured. It really is an awesome purchase.

Lag
It detects if someone moves and doesn’t start recording immediately, I’ve had a something stolen from my patio and it didn’t catch them on camera, just the before and after it being gone. It should record immediately when it senses movement. When your trying to watch live view it lags and doesn’t record when your watching it live, which defeats the purpose of I needed to use the video.

Save your money
I bought a 2 pack to keep an eye on my winter condo while I am gone. No question they were easy to install but that is the best I can say. Constantly lose contact with them. The only way to fix is to have someone go in and unplug them to restart which at this point I am embarrassed to ask again. Then they might work for a few days. I would have returned them but they are 1200 miles away.

Very slow app. To turn on Live mode takes forever.
Takes forever to load
The cameras are good and all but won’t save stuff unless you buy sd cards and takes forever to load a camera keep having to delete the cameras and rest them every other day.
Still need to by subscription
