Delay
There’s a 15 second delay before you get a notification on your phone. People may think this is acceptable, but if someone is attacking your cars, they could be there and gone before you even get a notification

Functional Camera for the cost
I do not have the monthly subscription because 1.) it's not needed at this time. 2.) One of the cameras within the first couple weeks started having night vision issues and I did reach out to the product's manufacturer. We did some trouble shooting and they said it was a defective camera. It still works so I didn't feel like returning the camera for a new one. It was too much hassle IMO. But the Only reason I am writing this review is because there are soooooo many updates! It feels like every time I open my app there's a new update. That gets annoying after a while.

I got the app connected now.
It gives a clear picture
However, it doesn’t show people approaching people just appear in the picture. I want to see them walking up. I literally walked to the trashcan and then show anything other than me walking away from the trashcan. How did I get to the trashcan? I literally had a bag of trash and put it in the trashcan so that makes me think that I’m missing something.

Good camera quality
Could be good, but constantly loses connection to WiFi.
The image quality is passable, and has surprisingly good night vision. However: This camera will not stay on the 2.4ghz network. We have had to unpair and pair it 3-4 times a week, sometimes daily. When I want to log in and check a motion alert, my camera either won’t load, or is offline. Strange, because the motion alerts continue to show up, but live view just doesn’t work until you reset the camera, even on the same WiFi network. To top it off, the application doesn’t support any kind of real SD Card usage, and constantly prompts you to subscribe to their servers. The “call us and give product feedback for a free camera” offer is also hot air, since they do not answer their phone, despite repeated automated texts to call and review for a free camera.

For the price it’s a decent camera. It lacks clarity. It becomes distorted once you zoom in. It’s good for keeping an eye on your surroundings
Not satisfied
The delay and buffering is annoying. The camera reaction is so delayed it misses entire events before it starts recording. Trying to watch events is a nightmare because of the buffering . If those things were better it would be a great camera system. The features are great, the overall quality not so much.

Not safe and secure
Only records people going up to my door not when. They go back. Someone was in my care and stole something out of it but no recording of it because she did it on her way back to her car. And I have no recording of it. This is a rip off. Customer care said they don’t control it so too bad. I pay for premium but it doesn’t even record the people coming in and out of my yard or hopping into my vehicle
Yea the camera is clear but what good is it if it doesn’t show me what’s important or protect my home and family. I want my money back. I’ve been paying for premium since April and it’s now September. I had no idea I wasn’t getting the protection I was paying for until I got another camera to check on why I was missing things.
Don’t waste your money. Find a different security app.

Updates every couple of days now, doesn’t fix the disconnect issue. Several cameras that spontaneously stop working. They are only accessible again when they’re re-added. Thankfully, these are pet cams, not security cameras, but I would never purchase from this company again, knowing I would constantly be resetting the cameras before being able to connect again. Their offer to call and review the product is also a lie, they never answer the phone, and occasionally text that they will send you a camera. If you call them, only to not be available when you call.

Everything is working well
Bulb camera
Connecting to live view takes a long time. Very clear pictures during day and night. Have it setup to follow all motions but only follows motion of cars. If I could give it. 2 and half star what I would give it. Only positive so far I can say and see is the clarity. Everything else it offers has kinks that need fixed.

My 3 InstaVision cameras
I ordered 3 cameras for my mom’s house. She has had problems with vandalized. They My order came quickly. Then I had to figure out how to set them up which was easy using the InstaVision app. It didn’t take me no time to set them up which made us feel safer. The picture is clear for a low cost camera

Yard Dog
This little camera reminds me of a watch dog. It moves to watch everything around you. If there is motion the dog sees it. I love my camera and happy I took a chance on TikTok to purchase mine at Avery awesome price.
Very good camera
The quality of the picture is great, but the audio is distorted. I still would say it’s a very good camera and has a wide view.
