Bad system
Cannot view video from outside of the home they will not fix it. Don’t understand. I have a disabled mother and I can’t view what’s going on with her since the updates they have changed so much stuff y’all need to fix this or give me my money back that I pay monthly.
Problème de connexion
Plus capable de connecter les caméra depuis les dernières mise à jour j’espère que cela va ce régler rapidement car très décevant
Very slow to load
The image quality is good, however it takes so long to load the live view, even with wifi at full bars.
Cámara
Las notifications de las cámara son muy precisas y ademas son buenas y las imágenes son muy perfect
Wack
No person detection paid feature 👎👎👎👎👎
Connections difficulties
Not possible to access my cameras Since 1-2 weeks. The status show “On line” but when I try to watch live or access to my sd card, it never work
Remove fees and outside access to private wifi
Why pay for alerts when it’s on my on private network how come I need to pay for storage if my SD card is installed. quality great is great but thats about it
Not water resistant
A little over a month and the camera stops following motion wil only track up and down it no longer rotates
So…
So I installed a sd card to make sure I always have access to my footage but it seems like that feature gets blocked. I know that if I don’t retrieve the data in time it will get overridden but that doesn’t seem like the case. I have a 128g sd card and I’m having trouble getting the same days info but it will allow me yesterdays, what’s that about? And I keep getting offers for the cloud but what’s better the the physical thing

Hey
Cool app
Camera
My camera keeps moving on its own so when I go to view through it I can’t it’s pointing elsewhere & it’s always going offline
Excellent Camera
Bought this awhile ago on Amazon. I live in an apartment complex and feel better having a camera on the inside looking out, this way no one can steal or break it. Best purchase yet! Highly recommend!
Feature poor and bad updates
Each update makes the product worse. Subscription required for minimal features
Windy
Well at least I know when it’s windy like today , goes off every 2 mins . Apart from that the quality is very good so it’s not all bad
Camera was hacked.
My light bulb cam started randomly flashing the flashlight feature on and off. I went on the app to see what was going on and I was not allowed to look at the live feed, it just kept saying loading. I was looking at it closer and the camera started moving like it was being controlled. I immediately unplugged it and changed my WiFi password. I’m absolutely horrified, I have only had this for 3 days.
