Worse app and customer service is non existent
I have had this app stuck on my phone for over a year. I have dialed ##004#, ##002#, *071 as it’s prompts on the app. I get an error message from Verizon everytime I try them. I tried after the *071 when it asks you if you had a positive response to the issue, to contact customer service or customer support and I never get a reply. One time I decided to send a not so great message, not proud, but I was fed up and someone finally answered! BUT the only thing they said was they would be with me at THEIR earliest convenience lol gthoh.. I left that convo open for 3 hours and they never returned went back to it 2 weeks later and still never got a response. I closed it and forgot for awhile but I need my voicemail and I feel if enough ppl are having this issue or others like the fact that it says my visual voicemail is active and I pay for it but it does not work and says I need to pay again!!!! Or that I only get half of the voicemails actually left. I’m over it we need to stick together and take this company down. Class action lawsuit or at the very least the BBB get this company shut down for good. This is insane. I’ve used thousands of apps for all different reasons and NEVER had an experience like this. They probably have access to all sorts of information of ours being linked to our phone service. I don’t trust any of it.

Don't Install This!
I have tried for six weeks to contact customer service through the app, email and Facebook messenger. They have no contact number. I have received only one reply. I replied back and that was 7 days ago. I am unable to deactivate this from my phone and I'm unable to get any messages because of that. They do not care and they will leave you stranded in this. People need to know that this place is shady and it's not an app that you want on your phone. Stay clear! If I could give this zero stars, I would.

This app is fraud and you cannot disconnect service from the ##002# that they give you. You will get a you cannot complete call as dialed prompt. This an app that needs turned in as fraudulent. Do not download it. I cannot even post this message unless I post a star on here. So no stars it’s a crap app.

For the past week i cant receive voicemails, i tried to install it and i uninstalled it and installed several times but still it is not working i talked to you help support but the codes they gave is not working please fix it ASAP

A big disappointment
I liked the InstaVoice before the last update. Now the developer in the new update removed very important option to block the unwanted phone call number/voicemail.He went backwards.For this reason only one star. I will also remove the app from my phone and I will install different one.

Can’t hear voice note unless I use a ear piece.
Please work on that, so we can listen to voice notes without using a ear piece. Thank You.
Pathetic app
Don’t go by the rating shown. This app does nothing at all. Do not waste your time by downloading this app. After you download the app no feature will pop up in it. It is of no use. There is no service by voicemail in the app it is all a hoax.
