App doesn’t allow any exceptions for the most basic changes to a job. I have never use an app so badly designed with 0 help from customer support. When they do finally decide to put your request for help through chat gpt they still don’t answer anything. Cancelling the service right after I finish this review

Referrals
I am trying to send your app to a fellow business and your drop down menu doesn’t recognize their name, thus not allowing me to send them the referral.
Borderline scam
Instawork charges you if you have to cancel but does not compensate you when their workers do not show up. They change the hourly rate by up to +25% when you go to book from what they show the hourly rate as.
No customer service phone number
Overall a very good resource to help find Temp help within just a couple of hours. In the beginning they had Account Reps that you could call when there was an issue and then later just a general customer support phone number but now there is only chat option. Sometimes the AI answer to the issue is enough but sometimes there is more to the issue and need to talk to a person for help. But there is a huge delay to get responses through chat and they won’t give out an email address for us to even email our questions for a real person to answer or even call us. It has been frustrating to say the least. Give us a person to talk to please!

Saved My Event - Super Easy to Use!
As a restaurant owner, I had a big private event and realized last minute I didn’t have a bartender. Instawork saved the day! I quickly posted the shift, and within a day, I had a skilled bartender ready to step in. The process was straightforward, and I could track everything in the app. The event went smoothly, and I’ll definitely rely on Instawork for future staffing needs. Highly recommend!
