TERRIBLE UPDATE
The app was working perfectly fine for at home tasks and the payments were good as well. All of a sudden, not only am I not allowed to access the direct upload to complete my tasks, but it’s also not allowing me to contact anyone with the company. SOMEONE HAS TO ANSWER FOR THE SUDDEN CRASH!
Problems with app
The tabs to record internal and upload directly is gone, only the tab for instacore remains. Also in the feedback tab after videos are upload directly the total number of hours is showing double then the time actually worked. The feedback back page shows blank spaces where videos should be.
Horrible
This app is SO bad. They update and every time it gets worse. Are you guys purposely making it worse so you guys can shut the app down? I can’t even record for my job anymore and I haven’t got bo customer service help since June, 21.
Get Paid ASAP for Doing Regular Stuff
they pretty much pay you within 24 hours to do things that you have to do around the house anyways. there's no complaining. It's been a really good gig. I'll be sad when it's gone.
Confirm before deleting
I recommend adding a feature that will confirm deletion of the account. It should not be so simple to delete the account and restoring the account is not easy.
Honesty
This app is a scam. Whoever is operating this is a thief, a liar, and a fraud. This app/company will steal your time and money. If the government wasn’t designed to work against me I would’ve sued this company the first time they stole my time and money.
Scam
Everything was fine until I logged into the app and it says it’s for commercial/business use only. A heads up ahead of time would’ve been great. At least I still got paid while it lasted
Update
After the update my uploading slowed way down
So I don’t get the full payments from the hours done it’ll show in feed back how many I did but the pay won’t show it. Very frustrating. I wouldn’t be so upset if the time rolled over the next day.

Does Not Download Anymore.
I have been working on this app for months & all of a sudden, I can record but it’s Not downloading. I have hours & hours of recording that will not download. You don’t get paid until it downloads. I have reached out over & over with no results. Idk what’s going on lately with this app.

Bro please update the app and fix the bug. I met with Ms Antoine this Monday to start doing these videos and when I log in on Friday it now says no projects like what. Update the app or something this is a bad reputation for Instawork 💯

So I’m leaving another review; you cant complain when you getting paid to do stuff you have to do anyway. I had a pending payment but it came. Payments kinda come when they wanna come but necer had to wait more than 3 days or whatever… ( So far )

This app is terrible
I have been recording my videos with this app for the last few months or so with no issues, but now, out of the blue none of my videos will upload. I have recorded over an hour worth of footage over the length of 6 videos and none have been uploaded. I have tried reaching out to support but no resolution has been made. I will no longer be wasting my time recording these videos.

I have an IPhone 13 and having trouble videos being uploaded
I am wasting valuable time if my videos aren’t being uploaded. Keep contacting support and the “bot” is of no help!
Payments are unorganized
When the app was first launched payments and time worked were tracked and documented properly. Now they send payments when they feel like it, one has to track their own time worked by reviewing feed back and matching it with payments which gets very confusing. We have to constantly dispute it in order to get proper pay.
