Scam app stay away
I thought this app was good at first boy was I wrong. I got sent home from a shift that I drove an hour for and won’t get any minimum pay. Support has been ignoring for over a day and no one will take responsibility and pay me.

Contact Support(NO SUPPORT 48hrs)
I’ve been waiting for 48hrs to talk to a specialist and still no type of response or answers to my payment problems. I had my account set up one way and they changed it somehow so now my payment won’t go through. Again it’s been 48hrs and I still haven’t gotten my issue resolved.
What a waste of time
First of all this is the only side gig app I’ve used that requires a multitude of in-depth requirements to have access to shifts. Second- after finding a shift you have to go thru onboarding which includes a quiz And then you have to carve out time to do a phone call with the auto system (which is ridiculous). Third after asking to delete your page, they take multiple days to respond but they won’t complete your request- they tell you they’re “transferred you to our specialist team “. How tf does it take less than 24 hrs to take someone off a shift but they can take 3+ business days to complete a simple task of deleting the data and account?

Account deactivated for nothing. I reported to assignment was sent home. Account was deactivated
My account was deactivated. I reported to work @7:52 clocked in. At which I was sent home, I was sent home. My account was deactivated for no show, but I did show up and was sent home. If I didn’t show how did I clock in? You can not clock in until you are in the geofence. I did everything I was supposed to. You can verify all I am saying in the app within my account. What time I clocked in today as well as time I clocked out. Please and thank you.

You maybe overqualified for this app!!!
Don’t use this app if you are highly skilled and take pride in your work. I’ve worked over 240 shifts on this app since June of last year. The business I’m working at are giving me good reviews and requesting I return, but when I speak with Instawork personnel they take the positions from me limiting my growth and earning potential. If you’re looking for upward mobility this isn’t the app for you. Save yourself time and apply directly to businesses!

The app freezes and has glitches which may cause you to not be able to access the address, information or clock in. If you are at an event and cell service is effected, it will effect the time you are clocked in. There are no hr to contact and fix payroll. They will just suspend your account. 0 stars.
