Instawork desperately needs a true Dark Mode option. The bright white screens are extremely harsh on the eyes, especially when using the app at night or in low-light environments. Research has found that more than 50% of computer and digital-device users experience symptoms of digital eye strain, including eye discomfort, headaches, blurred vision, and dryness. For an app that workers may check throughout the day and night for shifts, messages, and opportunities, this should be treated as a usability and accessibility priority.
Please add a system-responsive Dark Mode that follows the user’s iPhone or Android display settings, along with an in-app option to select Light, Dark, or System Default. Right now, opening Instawork in a dark environment can feel like looking directly into a bright flashlight. 🔦 A modern work app should provide users with a comfortable viewing experience regardless of when they use it. Best work app
Love this app. My full time jobs is currently in slow season and this app definitely came through and saved me. The bills don’t stop even when work does. Wish they did lol.

This app is trash I’ve tried for three days to get my photo I.d. Verified to no avail then the ai tells me it’s going to transfer me to a human agent waited time and time again for nothing it’s been three days this app is garbage

I love how if you want that extra income or struggling you can easily book shifts that work with your schedule

It was pretty good in the room, They gave good snacks breaks for 5 mins and go back in to the room and read off sentences with your normal voice, whisper and silent otherwise it was fantastic.
it’s OK!
The app is good yet sometimes it is not user-friendly and even more frustrating is that you can’t call to speak to anyone to resolve simple tasks or issues.

Platform is very easy to use, and easy to pick up shifts. I like the group feature where people can transfer shifts, that’s very helpful.
Great for full-time and part-time workers
If you wanna do this full-time, there’s more than enough shifts to work. matter fact, getting over 40 hours is achievable on some consistent basis. Now if you want to work part time this app is a great platform to do so.
A LIFESAVER
Love this app for working whenever I want. A wide variety of shifts from VIP Event Server, Mixologist, Barista or Bartender, to General Labor, Custodial, Driver, Auto Detailer, Warehouse, Forklift Driver, etc.. I can honestly say that I have made as much as $36 an hour on a General Labor Shift, to working Concessions and making over $300 including tips in one shift

Gatekeeping jobs is crazy
Shifts are out there but the app gatekeeps these from new users. Customer service bot told me to change my search radius to 100 miles. Mind you I don’t have a car. There’s also a section for putting your vehicle information but the app only allows me to select yes for the questions.

Instawork is much more than just than just a Temp Agency app. The app thrives on getting you better jobs as you better yourself and gain more skills. The best work app, period!!
Good in some locations
It’s a great app. Legit, simple. However, depending on your location, jobs may be scarce or have a long commute. But it’s a great app and i will be keeping it!
