Support is absolutely the worst. They are solely the reason why my account got deactivated while I was currently on a shift for a previous shift that I did. There is no sense of time sensitive and their lack of continuity of the conversation is nonexistent.

do not use this app at all they provide no contact info have no real way to get into your account like why are they asking for you to put a new number in?? Got a email saying someone was trying to change my email to theres but couldn’t access account we need to find ways to get at these companies we now have to bring national attention to this calling ice

Instawork is in my top 3 apps to use for finding gig work and other temporary work opportunities. I use it daily and as long as there are opportunities nearby then it’s simple and convenient when you more looking to fill in your week with some extra earnings. Plus it’s kind of fun picking up shifts doing things you wouldn’t normally be doing for work.
