App constantly freezes, or doesn’t record Audits correctly please fix ASAP. When working correctly it’s a very useful app!

Still freezes, glitches, and does not connect to the server (although signal is very strong). Very inconsistent regarding reliability.

Almost unusable
It freezes, glitches, doesn’t sync, and resets the form as I’m using it constantly. The submit button isn’t even showing. When I’m typing my data in one line it moves my cursor to a previous line and messes with my inputting data. Please fix this app ASAP. Your website app on Google Chrome isn’t working either.
