Valuable companion
Me and my team use this app daily for audits, inspections, and incident management tasks. So much better than our prior process - big upgrade
Still better than the web version
This is by far the worst EHS management tool ever created and yet, even with it being awful, the app is still better than the website.
great app
great appp! such an efficient way to conduct our mobile inspection and incident reports
Horrible
This app is horrible does not work, lots of error messages and won’t submit forms over half the time
Logins issues
Logging in is terrible multiple attempts to with company link the app doesn’t allow you to signin, I keep getting redirected to safari.
Worthless
This app is slow af. A lot of better apps in market serving the same purpose but in such a better way.
wish i could give 0 stars
this app is terrible. it’s an app for health and safety that doesn’t work for health and safety. avoid!
Sync errors
Have to redownload ever few weeks because of sync errors
Unknown Error Occurred
I have to use this app for work related safety observations. Every time I try to log in it tells me “an unknown error has occurred” and kicks me out. Hope the company stops using this piece of junk!
Junk
Must have a very good sales person pushing this junk on company’s
Needs to be a negative star rating

Unusable
After logging in, it displays a prompt saying "unknown error occurred" and then goes to a blank blue screen. Can't input anything. Used to work before but now it's unusable.
4 months later
4 months later and I still can’t even gain access to the mobile app due to “unexpected error” and am told to reach out to program administrator who is having the exact same problem. Wie will be shopping for another company and getting rid of this one. Don’t waste your time or money on this!

Horrible
App always sends me to Microsoft to enter passwords and bunch of nonsense. Now I get error occur and takes me to a blank blue page. I’m supposed to do a sif assessment everyday and now I’m in trouble with the big boss. Thanks a lot Guys!!
Doesn’t work
App has no functionality, blank page (home) appears
This app is glitchy
Do not use this app it’s loaded with glitches
Keeps saying “unexpected error”
I can’t even login despite verifying with two factor authentication and being on company WiFi. Keeps saying unexpected error occurred and when I reach out to support it says to contact my group administrator who gave me what I needed right next to me. Very poorly functioning app.
Never Works
Every time you attempt to use this app it never works, log ins are an absolute nightmare and it doesn't stay logged in which wastes a lot of time. Please work on this app more.
Logging in is a pest
To log in I had to put my companies link in the field which redirects me to safari to log in with my credentials and then kicks me back to the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I set up Face ID to see if it would prevent this but it doesn’t work unless I have the app open, leave and immediately go back. It’s also very slow when it comes to adding invoices with the image upload feature you have to save and go to another page rather than it all be in one place.
