Logins issues
Logging in is terrible multiple attempts to with company link the app doesn’t allow you to signin, I keep getting redirected to safari.

This app is slow af. A lot of better apps in market serving the same purpose but in such a better way.

Unknown Error Occurred
I have to use this app for work related safety observations. Every time I try to log in it tells me “an unknown error has occurred” and kicks me out. Hope the company stops using this piece of junk!

Unusable
After logging in, it displays a prompt saying "unknown error occurred" and then goes to a blank blue screen. Can't input anything. Used to work before but now it's unusable.
4 months later
4 months later and I still can’t even gain access to the mobile app due to “unexpected error” and am told to reach out to program administrator who is having the exact same problem. Wie will be shopping for another company and getting rid of this one. Don’t waste your time or money on this!

App always sends me to Microsoft to enter passwords and bunch of nonsense. Now I get error occur and takes me to a blank blue page. I’m supposed to do a sif assessment everyday and now I’m in trouble with the big boss. Thanks a lot Guys!!

Keeps saying “unexpected error”
I can’t even login despite verifying with two factor authentication and being on company WiFi. Keeps saying unexpected error occurred and when I reach out to support it says to contact my group administrator who gave me what I needed right next to me. Very poorly functioning app.
Never Works
Every time you attempt to use this app it never works, log ins are an absolute nightmare and it doesn't stay logged in which wastes a lot of time. Please work on this app more.
Logging in is a pest
To log in I had to put my companies link in the field which redirects me to safari to log in with my credentials and then kicks me back to the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I set up Face ID to see if it would prevent this but it doesn’t work unless I have the app open, leave and immediately go back. It’s also very slow when it comes to adding invoices with the image upload feature you have to save and go to another page rather than it all be in one place.

This mobile version is a lot better than the Windows version
Thanks to the mobile version I can fill up all the VFLs, T5T, SBOs etc…. Much more easily and faster, much better than the windows full version, my only observation is that would like to see my VFLs already reported and closed in the mobile application, but is not possible to keep track of your VFLs; one have to go to windows and open the full version, may be if the developer see my review they might fix this, for the rest is a very simple and clean interface, very intuitive, I like it.

Too Many Problems
I will vote to move to another electronic platform. Too many issues and the customer support is a zero.
There are too many issues to put on here, I just strongly recommend you see what else is out there.
This could be a great system if the personnel would listen and fix all reported issues including their customer service.
