Amazing!
The IntelliCenter 2 system has significantly enhanced how I manage and interact with my pool equipment. From installation onward, the experience has been straightforward and professional. Compared to previous automation systems Iโve used, IntelliCenter 2 is a clear step forward in terms of responsiveness, connectivity, and overall design. The touchscreen interface is well-organized and easy to understand, and it communicates seamlessly with the Pentair Pool app. I particularly appreciate how reliably it stays connected to Wi-Fi and how quickly it responds to changes made via the app or directly on the panel. The system is also much more stable and less prone to crashes or lag than older versions. As someone who values both convenience and reliability, IntelliCenter 2 has exceeded my expectations. It brings a modern, thoughtful approach to pool automation and has become a central part of how I maintain and enjoy my pool. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their pool control system.

Only works 50% of time
Nice app when it works, but 1/2 the time when I start app, starts at login screen and says it won't connect.

Still have not been able to connect my pool to my iPhone, it does not recognize my ip address . Iโve tried it on my iPhone, ipad and it wonโt take any of the addresses I had that were indicated on my memory! My pool service tried several times with no luck as well! Where do I go from here? Itโs a pain in the but not being able to control my pools functions unless I go out to the panel and do it manually! A few years ago my pool was struck by lightning, right after I got out, at that time it cost me $3400 to replace pool electronics! Pool was easily controlled by my phone and ipad. You people made youโre change to the software with no warning! One day it worked and the next day it didnโt! Iโm a very disgusted customer!

Works great when it works
The system and app are great but t keeps falling off the network. Canโt really get any help
Horrible App
What a horrible app. Even after a Pentair rep looked at it, while at my home the app will not connect after dozens of attempts. On the rare occasion it does connect, you have to do everything twice or more in order to save changes (lights, clean schedules, pump ops, etc.). It will never connect when away from the home network. The rep said an update would occur within a week and would resolve the problem. That was several weeks ago. Horrible app. Horrible customer service.
