Please diable this feature
I don’t understand why the light will turn on when a noise or vibration near this clock would trigger the light as a total unnecessary feature. Please consider to disable it as we would like the clock to be as least disruptive as possible in our nursery.
Why?
I bought this from Crate & Barrel Kids because I liked the idea of the clock with a light to silently tell my child it is ok to get up. The idea is great but…Everything in the clock must be controlled via the app. The app is poorly made and many features of the clock can’t even be controlled from the app. I do not want a bright white light before the light turns green. I do not want the clock face to turn on every time a sound is made (why would that even be a thing?!). Now my 3 year old spends an hour every night yelling “boo!” At the light to get the watch face to turn back on. Every night. I just want the light to turn green at 6:00am. Guess that’s too much to ask…

Necessary to use the app but doesn’t work
Cute bunny alarm clock from pottery barn, but the buttons on the clock are functionless. You must use the app, which never works! It usually can’t find the clock, then when it does, it wither won’t connect or reconnect. I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it numerous times just to get it to sorta function. Such an afterthought, for being a necessity. Expected more from PB/ Williams Sonoma family of products.

Countdown Timer Issue: The app frequently disconnects from bluetooth while running the Countdown Timer. Can you please fix this?
Alarm doesn’t makes a sound only vibrates
The alarm doesn’t ring it only vibrates it doesn’t make a sound no matter which ring tone we select .
Please make app customizable!
I wish I would have read the reviews on the app before buying the Wake Up Clock from PBK. The app itself is glitchy and it has very limited functionality. It’s not at all helpful to teach my kid about going to bed and when it’s okay to wake.
Please developers of this app, update functionality so that I can customize it to include as many alarms as I want and allow me to pick light colors and duration.

The app doesn’t work
The app only has a blank screen so you can’t set the alarm at all. Very disappointed. Would like to return the clock.
Leading zeroes
App’s basic functions work ok but need improvement for basic usability. Wish the clock had a setting or option to remove the leading zero from the time (1:30 instead of 01:30 for example)
Countdown function can’t pause
Countdown function has a bug. When you start the countdown the start button changes to a pause button. Pause the countdown and countdown stops. The button changes back to start button, when you click the start button the countdown starts over, not resuming from the number it stopped at. There is another button called restart. Clicking that button starts the countdown all over again. You should be able to pause the clock then resume from that time.
App is hard to navigate and can’t use the countdown like I wanted. Lack of ability to add my own alarms sounds and doesn’t even have a simple beep alarm.

App doesn’t work so I’ve got a clock that is a paper weight.
Fix your app!!!! My daughters new clock can’t be programmed manually and your app just closes.
Good basic functionality
No complaints here, easy interface with the wood grain triangular block clock we purchased. Only improvement I’d like is to be able to add my own mp3 of choice into the alarm options in the app. If I can edit the library in app to include alarm sounds of my choice then this would be a perfect $10 clock!

Doesnt connect anymore
Worked well for 2 months then it never reconnected to the clock itself

I’d really like to be able to change my alarm clock but unfortunately it looks like I’m not allowed as every time I try to open this app it immediately crashes, I even downloaded it on multiple devices and every single time it had the same result
What’s the point
What’s the point of the app if I have to be a foot away from the clock to turn off the alarm or make any changes in the settings
Doesn’t work…
I just bought this today and it’s been 20 minutes and it won’t connect, i downloaded the app and i press the “search clock” button but nothing happens the manual is also very confusing and the directions make no sense, the app needs some work and fixing. Please fix it, this clock was expensive and i don’t want to have to return it.

Useless
The app disconnects from the clock almost constantly and won’t reconnect. Cannot operate the clock without the app which renders the whole thing useless. The clock itself is well made and would be great but because the app doesn’t work the clock will have to be returned. Fix the app!!

Cannot change temperature from F to C.
it worked fine but ew…
I used it, it works okay, but oh god, the graphics. I’m on iPad so everything was squashed and things were clipping through each other, etc. It was definitely not optimized for a larger device. If you don’t care about ‘aesthetics’ (it’s really just basic app design) you will probably be fine, but I am not one of those people.

It working
I open the app and then it crashes immediately. So if it doesn’t get fixed I have to return the clock.
