I am asked for the touch sign in and when I do that it repeats the request for a touch log in. A sort of doom loop. Can you help me understand what is going on and if I am doing something wrong? Many thanks,

It’s invasive, and as far as I’m concerned, my company added it to keep me from being able to access my email without them being able to spy on my phone
