Bring back the brew guide and timer
I didn’t download the app nor have i ever used it. But i gave them 1 star in solidarity with the rest of the reviews. BRING BACK THE BREW GUIDE AND TIMER YA WEIRDOS WHY WOULD YOU TAKE AWAY THE BEST PART OF YOUR APP
No Apple Pay
There was a long line but still got my tea quicker than IRL. Having to enter in my credit card details on an iOS device with no autofill is stupid in 2024.
Very disappointed that the brew timer is gone
I can’t believe that the brew timer part of the app was removed. It was one of the best one’s available, and was super helpful when brewing my coffee from Intelligentsia. Please add it back on so I can update thus to 5 stars. Thank you!
Clean up some basics
Advanced ordering is helpful. But entering billing info is not. Consider plugging into iPhone payment functionality and allow Apple Pay. Don’t force the upsell to “add another coffee” if I’m only ordering one coffee. Other food apps have mastered the basics. Not sure why Intelligentsia is trying to recreate the wheels here.
