The app crashes way too often even with settings changes so my screen stays on.

Cannot do downloads at some stage. Annoying.
Problem after problem
We’ve experienced issue after issues with the InTemp loggers, InTemp app, and InTemp website. The screws don’t fit the back of the logger. Some loggers drain the brand new batteries over night others have stayed working for months. The app is atrocious. In an attempt to fix bugs that were causing me to not be able to download report, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Still not working. Not a reliable device to use as a scientific tool. I do not recommend at all.

Annoying sign in
The app is great except the app should have an option to “Keep me logged in on this device” as it’s annoying to sign in every time screen turns off or one uses another app. Finger print login be great addition.
Just Okay
My biggest complaint is that you have to continuously log in.
