Thank you for reporting your concerns. We take all of our customer's feedback seriously and continuously look to improve user experience. This particular app is not capable of configuring a logger or creating profiles. It can only be used for downloading an already activated logger. To address your concerns directly, typically only 1 profile is required to program a logger and is most commonly done only once by our users. Once the profile is created, it can be used as many times as need to configure a logger. Typically a full system setup takes no more than 15 to 30 minutes and is a one time set up. If you had any specific issues that required additional time beyond that, you can always reach out to our Tech Support department at intemphelp@onsetcomp.com. They will be very happy to assist you with any problems you may be having with the system. We also have several online offerings including live user trainings, process guides, and videos.
