I’ve used the platform for 20 months.
I’ve not used anything else, so cannot compare.
At around 4:30pm everyday it values my portfolio up massively, but when you look into each share they of course aren’t trading at the value given, it’s lower.
Very frustrating that this continues to happen.
Also, some shares occasionally show a huge gap between the share sell/buy price for no particular reason.

New layout
Interactive seems to have stopped working on Safari, and Chrome, and the new layout is poor. When you click on your portfolio, it gives you the stocks you hold, but no amounts

Withdrawal request system is not up to scratch!
Made a withdrawal request which was not cleared as ii flagged funds weren’t actually available at the time of the withdrawal request. I waited another few days before making a further withdrawal request via the app on my phone but the initial withdrawal request is still sitting on my account in pending. It appears there is no cancellation function for the initial withdrawal request. Every single time I make a withdrawal request the system takes in to account the initial (pending) withdrawal amount telling me I don’t have the funds available which it complete incorrect. So I’m left with my second or third pending withdrawal request and the withdrawn amount sitting on my account. This is mightily frustrating!!

Constantly having to copy new record key, not easy on iphone
Very poor customer service
I tried to transfer the bulk of my investments out from my trading account with ii via an en specie transfer to a European provider and have been given conflicting information on how to do so since I started my query on 3rd June 2026. I eventually in 31st July been told todo it all via secure message after being kept on the phone by the advisor for over 30 minutes. Very annoying and a waste of my time the phone call was cut off and no one bothered to ring back either.
