Why the pay wall and unnecessary updates
It’s an easy to use app and has a lot of possibilities with its free version. That is until they get rid of a lot of cool features. Furniture no longer available that were previously. Paint colors are now locked to 9 swatches for ‘categories’ of colors like blush or teal like colors. Many textures are now gone. It’s not end all be all but it’s still frustrating when returning to a build and half the things are missing.

Absolutely love this app, but sometimes I can’t get the windows to face the right way. This is especially frustrating when I want to use a bay window and it curves inwards into the space rather than outward.

The only thing missing is being able to add a roof. If that was available this would be perfect.

I don’t like this game. But it’s good for some people but I find you have to pay a lot to get stuff. Am I doing something wrong??
Nearly Perfect
This app is easy to learn, amazingly robust with choices for design and control over just about everything. I have not yet tried to 3d import a model, but I’m looking forward to that feature.
So far, the only items I need are variable ceiling heights (vaulted ceilings change everything!), and I would love if it integrated with additional models for furniture. That said, I added a platform couch and am crushed there is no reference for how to find it irl!
I have had some memory related bugginess, but usually a restart fixes it. I notice if I use it for hours (which I do, I have a problem), the memory issues magnify. I am using a basic iPad so honestly it’s likely the hardware as much as any software bugs.
I need tutorials! I have yet to successfully get stairs attached in any way that looks normal. And I need a default option to turn off “snap to object”. But these are user issues and preferences, not complaints.
Really, I have spent more time on this app than any game. Ever.

This is a great app with a very user-friendly interface and many cool features even in the free version. Navigating and comprehending the app is very easy, making it a great experience for users at any tech level. The variety provided in the app makes it a valuable tool for anyone interested in interior design or even just looking to explore some creative ideas.

As a property manager, sometimes we need to get involved in the leasing part of a job. I found this app helpful to build a quick model of an apartment to show the layout and dimensions. I’m not yet in the level of decorating but it does not look to hard to figure it out. 👍🏼

Great design & landscape ideas. But many problems too.!!!
Everything’s good except when you rearrange a room, you go back to your project and find 10 things have moved into different places.??? Moving everything back is time consuming and irritating.?? Why did moving one thing into another create havoc with plants, rocks and walls on the other side of the house.?? 3 stars is the most I could think of.

The only reason i give a 4 is because the graphics are pretty good, but not as good in the pictures shown above. Not many options for couches, rugs, paintings, etc. but you can costomize your own. Overall, i would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Outdated Furniture
I had this for a few years and taught myself a lot and planned my entire house. But when adding furniture I was very disappointed that the pieces are very outdated. The table sets all have cloths. The furniture is not located in half the furniture stores. The cabinets and appliances are not updated to the the past 25 years. It’s like 1980 & 1990’s time zone. The bedroom furniture lacks as well. I cancelled my subscription after all this time because I finished the layout and needed to work on the inside. After all the time I spent in this program it’s very disheartening to have to use another one for updates and start all over.
