Dysfunctional
In two attempts to book first got a 404 error and second time 504 error. App says booking confirmed but cannot view the booking as the failed connection image appears. Something is seriously wrong with this App.
Poor Customer Service and Serious Privacy Issue
I booked a flight with Intermiles on July 4th for travel on the 14th. However, upon trying to check-in, I consistently received an "invalid PNR" error, despite entering correct details.
Intermiles' customer service was extremely poor. It took 16 hours to resolve the issue, during which my PNR ended up linked with multiple other passengers' bookings. This resulted in a serious privacy breach as I could view strangers' personal information and random contact details.
Additionally, I was unable to download my boarding pass due to these issues. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Intermiles, you need to urgently enhance your systems and customer support to prevent such incidents in the future.

Great rewards app
Must use this rewards app, lot of options to use your miles effectively
Best app to loose your money
They make changes very randomly for instance now full redeem of milestone has stopped from yesterday no clue about it except small message. There no ways to earn milestones! Online shopping miles are not tracked properly & its headache to track the credit or follow up with customer support. Teir benefits are of no use. Use this app if you wish to spend money from your pocket and with diminishing value of miles !

Time to shutdown InterMiles
It’s probably the right time to shut down InterMiles - it’s of no use ,redemptions are astronomical and by shutting down most of miles earning features like spin the wheel and steps for miles and what not - InterMiles Shut down for God’sake
Worthless and useless app
Don’t know why even they are running this kind of worthless app, where each mileshave value of .20 paise max and to get one mile one has to spend 100+ rupees. So making it more worthless less than .2% value. Better to uninstall this app move to other rewarding programs which gives 5 to even 10% rewards

There is no way to give 0 rating, hence making it 1 star.
These are bunch of fraudsters. I had ₹6.5K being transferred by jet which these guys decreased to zero. There was no notification for that. I came to know only when I tried redeeming. Customer care are dumb. I will a consumer case against this company.

Everyone should really start using it
I can’t even count how many free flights and hotels I’ve had through intermiles. I’ve been using it since 2010 when it was part of jet airways and I’m really happy with what they have done to it
Not meant for people using secure passwords
It’s 2023 and this app still doesn’t allow pasting passwords from your password manager.
Even banks apps allow that now. Either these developers don’t care about user experience or they think people still keep all their passwords same.

Most pathetic hotel booking app
I had booked a reservation through them and after reaching the hotel it turned out that the hotel never accepted reservations from them.
Literally had to waste time with senseless customer service team of InterMiles and spoilt my vacation.

THERE IS NO OPTION TO EARN MILES
Nowadays there is no option to earn miles, in the past I used to earn miles by playing games, but InterMiles has removed the facility. Most of the time the miles for online shopping is not tracked. It is not workable now.
Need better UI and UX
This app as a concept is good but you just can’t find anything that you’re looking for. You need to spend at least 5 minutes to figure out where you need to go to redeem something. I work in tech and this is really not ideal user experience for users. This app’s UX designers and product managers please take a note.

Cannot believe u have this app developed from some kids or a professional company. The app is so buggy and opens everything in a browser view. Forgot password doesn’t work and app is super slow
Poor platform - Used since last 10 years and they killed value
I’ve been a patron of this platform for nearly 10 years and was accumulating jpmiles/intermiles. I was saving my miles for future when I’ll use it to best potential. I stood with company when they were facing tough time during Jet Airways crisis hoping that they’ll come back. I even got my family members too into intermiles so that they too can enjoy it’s benefits.
Now a few weeks back I’m observing that the value of intermiles have fallen drastically. It’s basically turning useless. I’ve accumulated lacs of intermiles which essentially is my saving and money and now it’s totally gone in dust. This is pathetic. I’ve dropped emails to support team but there’s no clear response from them. It’s sad that my efforts and commitment of last 10 years is not honoured or even looked at by management.

Does not allow you to redeem points
When you actually go to book flights with InterMiles, half the functionality does not work. It then also removes the flight you had clicked from the list. So there is no way you can redeem points to book flights.
Unable to track the transactions
Utterly dissatisfying. After using the app for 4 months for every purchases, there aren’t any miles credited. Upon follow up with the customer service, they expected to share each and every transaction invoices! Certainly, not a user friendly app.
Repeatedly logs you out
Whenever I try to view my account , I’m required to login. What’s the use of having an app where every other day I’ve to login like a website
Fraud application. They steal miles
After a hotel cancellation I found out that they have not refunded all the miles. When I asked for a proof, they denied by saying that we don’t provide proof in statements or in any other way.
