Terrible grocery experience
They are always super badly stocked and the app has tons of bugs
Fresh and quality product
We recently shifted to Delhi. Modern bazar service is excellent my items got delivered on the requested slot. Green Park store manager immediately responded when I reported on the item. I highly appreciate their customer support.
Prompt and efficient
Good selection of groceries. Very prompt in delivery and efficient.
Horrible customer support
Got overcharged and tried to explain the situation to them but the staff kept passing the phone around and were not at all helpful so gave up in the end. Also I could hear them laughing about it in the background as they didn’t put the call on hold. Not a good experience
They are always several hours later than the delivery time and often don’t have a lot of the things I’ve ordered. I’ve been fine with this but I draw l the line at them stealing my money.

Updated app has too many bugs
I hv been regularly using this app for my daily needs but this new app has just too many glitches
