Absolute frauds - ban these cheats
These guys are frauds who run a website where the stuff is not available. Their guys call back saying they can’t help it. Then you keep running after them for refunds. Sites like these should be banned from app stores for zero business ethics. None of their helpline or store nos work, why run a shop when you can’t fulfill orders.

No accountability
Happened multiple times. Orders are never delivered in the window scheduled. No one takes accountability. Despite short delivery distances <1KM. Better to call or WhatsApp the store directly. RECOMMENDATION: DELETE THE APP.
Worst place to order
First 2 times when I ordered from here some items they called me and said that they don’t have those items what should they do . And they are calling you not even right after order but after 30-40 minutes. When it happened I ignored I thought ok no problem but 3rd time I ordered 12 items ( delivery time was 30 minutes) after 45 minutes they are calling me and saying that 8 items are not in their stock 😁😁 I mean are you guys dumb ? 1-2 item ok but 8 ? It means this place is very irresponsible! Never order from here !!! This place has to close their online market

Half the things you order are not available
Every time I place an order, I get a call to convey that the ordered items are not available and o am asked to change my order. Like today I ordered chicken fries which they didn’t have so they called to tell me that they have French fries and can deliver that in place of chicken fries. Like really? And this is fifth time in a row that something like this has happened.
