Absolute frauds - ban these cheats
These guys are frauds who run a website where the stuff is not available. Their guys call back saying they can’t help it. Then you keep running after them for refunds. Sites like these should be banned from app stores for zero business ethics. None of their helpline or store nos work, why run a shop when you can’t fulfill orders.

No accountability
Happened multiple times. Orders are never delivered in the window scheduled. No one takes accountability. Despite short delivery distances <1KM. Better to call or WhatsApp the store directly. RECOMMENDATION: DELETE THE APP.
Worst place to order
First 2 times when I ordered from here some items they called me and said that they don’t have those items what should they do . And they are calling you not even right after order but after 30-40 minutes. When it happened I ignored I thought ok no problem but 3rd time I ordered 12 items ( delivery time was 30 minutes) after 45 minutes they are calling me and saying that 8 items are not in their stock 😁😁 I mean are you guys dumb ? 1-2 item ok but 8 ? It means this place is very irresponsible! Never order from here !!! This place has to close their online market

Half the things you order are not available
Every time I place an order, I get a call to convey that the ordered items are not available and o am asked to change my order. Like today I ordered chicken fries which they didn’t have so they called to tell me that they have French fries and can deliver that in place of chicken fries. Like really? And this is fifth time in a row that something like this has happened.

Firstly the inventory is not updated on the app, still showing items that are not available as available. Secondly customer services is very poor and they will not refund your money despite not delivering the product. You will not get any updates as they themselves have no idea. This company’s systems are not ready for online business.

Very bad service
I have ordered twice from there app . Despite selecting the order time . Order is always delivered 2-3 hours and the customer service doesn’t even bother to answer. Never ordering from here again
Things are hardly ever available
Warning - do not EVER prepay from this app, only use the CoD option. have ordered several times from this app and have had probably 3 successful orders out of 10 or so attempts. Most of the time things on the app are not available in the actual store. CoD has saved me on all these failed orders.
Openly cheating customers and not taking any responsibility
I ordered some cheese, cream and lady finger biscuits from them. All the different kinds of cheese had mold on them and the cream had curdled. The lady finger biscuits had insects inside the packet. I called them immediately and sent pictures of all the products. At that time, the lady told me that she will get the refund processed the next day. They did not get back to me till next day evening and when I called them back, they said that they will not be able to process the refund now as I had thrown away the products. Not once did they mention earlier that I should be saving the products to return to them or they are sending someone to collect the products. I tried calling them multiple times, even tried their helpline number but to no avail. Never ordering from here again. Modern Bazaar, please follow some ethics.

Worst Shopping App
I recently made my first purchase on this app 5 days ago , a person from their side called me and said that few items from my order are unavailable , I asked him to cancel my order , even messaged them on their official WhatsApp number but it’s been 4 days since I’m waiting for any action , my order is Still pending with them, I’m unable to cancel it and they aren’t doing it either , since I’ve already paid , my money is stuck with them , worst experience ever ! Delivery
Orders items are not available and they try to pass on other brands for the items- which may not be your liking. The change of brand is also brought out only when you enquire about the order non delivery in slotted time. Thus you get the order long after the after. Long live OLD BAZAAR
Fresh and quality product
We recently shifted to Delhi. Modern bazar service is excellent my items got delivered on the requested slot. Green Park store manager immediately responded when I reported on the item. I highly appreciate their customer support.

Got overcharged and tried to explain the situation to them but the staff kept passing the phone around and were not at all helpful so gave up in the end. Also I could hear them laughing about it in the background as they didn’t put the call on hold. Not a good experience

Updated app has too many bugs
I hv been regularly using this app for my daily needs but this new app has just too many glitches
