Terrible grocery experience
They are always super badly stocked and the app has tons of bugs
Fresh and quality product
We recently shifted to Delhi. Modern bazar service is excellent my items got delivered on the requested slot. Green Park store manager immediately responded when I reported on the item. I highly appreciate their customer support.

Horrible customer support
Got overcharged and tried to explain the situation to them but the staff kept passing the phone around and were not at all helpful so gave up in the end. Also I could hear them laughing about it in the background as they didn’t put the call on hold. Not a good experience
They are always several hours later than the delivery time and often don’t have a lot of the things I’ve ordered. I’ve been fine with this but I draw l the line at them stealing my money.

Updated app has too many bugs
I hv been regularly using this app for my daily needs but this new app has just too many glitches

The new version is full of bugs, and products are incorrectly linked - just as you would expect from them.
Very bad after update
Not working after update. Chat support not answer.
Beware ordering through app
Deliver very low shelf life of the products to me, like some sauces with 2 month of shelf life before it's expired, also received damage product. Moreover, they don't mention product details like manufacturing date or expiry date for customer's consideration.
Better if buy from store not online. So you could get better product not the one that going to expired.

Careless and late delivery
Order never delivered on time. Frozen items delivered in thawed state in the same common packet.. all other things were soaked in water

This is the ideal app if you are looking for an online grocery store in Delhi. The application is simple to use and navigate. You may quickly choose the items you want without any misunderstanding or difficulty because all of the products are categorized. The store keeps the basic products supplied, making it simple to place an order at any moment as and when you book a slot.

To order meat online India, this is the best application I have used. The best part is I got a number of options to make my selection from. You can get mutton chap, keema, boneless according to your preference. They also provide ready to cook kebabs which is a bonus. The app is really simple to use, which adds to its value.

Rating it 1 coz zero ain’t available
I don’t know what you guys are complaining about, I got my order in the slot that I chose, it’s just that I got it 48 hours later. 25% of my items were either picked up wrong or a different quantity from what I had ordered.

Do not deliver as per time slot
No use downloading their app and ordering through it. They provide you a time slot but do not deliver as per it. I’ve been waiting hours for them to deliver my order. On top of that, their customer care is useless and does not answer calls. Waste of my time !!
Pathetic Service
Hardly any response from anyone. You place your order , you do not get it, none of the helpline works and you are left feeling helpless. Pathetic to say the least

Prepaid order marked as delivered without delivery. Raised issue multiple times with customer care and with store as well but they asked to wait for 10-15 mins everytime but received no response from them.

Terrible experience
The app is extremely slow and very poorly created. The orders are never reflected and updated. Randomly they will come and go. When I tried to raise a query it doesn’t get saved or updated. Terrible experience. Don’t order through the app.

- Never deliver in allotted baat h. Mostly 6-8 hours delay.
- they accept orders of groceries not available and then later refund.
- nobody picks up the phone at the stores when you have to follow up for delivery .
- rarely if they pick up phone they just say it wil be delivered but no information upon by when or they keep telling lies.
- after online payment , you get stuck to wait for delivery and can’t even buy it locally

Terrible experience. Ordered on the app. Never received the order or my money. According to the team it’s “reaching in half an hour”. It’s been 2 days.
Great & quick service
Was given refund within 1 hour when 1item was not delivered due to non availability. Order was also delivered within 2 hours of placing it.
