There’s no instructions

I know IFS and wanted to use this app to create my parts maps. But 1) the linking system doesn’t seem to work. I tap on one part and then on another and all it does is switch the selection back and forth without showing any link. 2) I don’t see any way to export the map or journal entry 3) there are no instructions other than that one liners. And I’m NOT looking for IFS instructions. I’m looking for how to use the app or how to contact the developer. If that was there I wouldn’t have had to write this poor review.

Hello! Thanks for your feedback! UPDATE: app update along with some exporting capabilities, as well as a few other enhancements. PREVIOUS: In the top right corner there’s a “link” option. If you tap that, then proceed with taping a part and another part it will link. Did you try this? What sort of export would you like to see? Export to PDF, Excel? There is not a function but I am happy to add it. And that’s helpful feedback on the instruction to use the app. We have another update planned that will help show users around to be able to use the app and have confidence in using it. There are few things free which is great but also some upgrades which I find very useful as I explore IFS.

It’s got some audio tracks which I love but the map is a good reference for when I do therapy.

Perfect mix of simplicity and structure

It’s pretty easy to use. The main part is the maple and once a part is mapped you can add notes and journal over time. Thanks!

Subscription required after buying

I’m so disappointed that I paid for an app just to be blocked from using it unless I pay for a subscription as well. Charge one or the other, but be honest about it up front!
