Worst Tennis App on the planet
This is truly the worst tennis tournament app I have EVER used (and I have used a lot). Not tied in with the website to buy tickets. No way to store your ticket purchased on the main website. Still not updated for 2026, even though this year’s tournament has already started. Two stars ONLY because it allows tracking of favorite players. Really bad. Please do better in the future.

Tennis One app is better
This app is pretty poor compared with other tournaments. The scores don’t update in real time; Tennis One app is much more reliable.

The worst app downloaded
Easier to get info on the bbc or standard atp sites. Dreadful to ise and. Little or no info on event facilities
Signing up to see more than live score is demented
Need I say more? Obnoxious. They quickly pulled out a picture of me from the web after I signed up with one of my many emails. I’ll likely be getting more spam emails now. It’s a gold thing I have excellent spam filters for my emails and ad blockers for my browsers. Anyway, this should not be allowed by the App Store.

Must turn off “dark mode” settling
You cannot have “dark mode” enabled on your settings to use their app, because all of the text, i.e. player’s names and scores, will not show up. Incredibly annoying because I had to keep changing this setting on my iPhone when I wanted to use the app. Otherwise, it’s not the greatest of all tennis tournament apps out there, but it’s easy enough to follow along.

The name of the players are not being displayed..
Good app, only one small issue
Really good app, only downside is although most of the text in the app can be viewed in English the notifications only come through in Italian. Otherwise a really good app much better than some of the other tournament apps, lots of really good info and it's kept up to date with order of play etc.
Log in to see scores????
This app is absolutely horrible because you have to sign up for an account in order to see the scores. That is ridiculous. I just want to see some freaking tennis scores, and this tournament only lasts a week.
