Have e mailed support about a problem 8 times with absolutely no response. This is a Waste of money when it doesn’t work !
Stopped working
Stopped working after an update. Notified the operators. Got no response. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still the same result, just sticks on “ping”. Deleted app for good.
Used to love, but now it doesn’t seem to work
For some reason the last couple of weeks this stopped working and would just keep trying to ping until it timed out. I have to use a different speed test app

When opening the app it tells you what company the WiFi is though but will not respond

Didn’t work for my 16 pro max
Downloaded app. Wouldn’t scan or do anything. Thought I had clicked a screenshot when the ui wasn’t interacting with me. Manually clicked scan. Said nothing but 0 results found. Seemingly didn’t even try to fetch them
Recent Update broke it
No longer works after latest update in July 2026. Can’t restore my purchase. Please fix an otherwise good app.

App has really gone downhill
For years, this was a solid app but I can rarely ever get it to work now after the most recent updates. Even with a good connection, it just sits at O and never displays the actual network speed. Download others instead or just use the one built into Google search.

Has stopped working
With a recent update it seems to have stopped working, saying that the speed is zero when other apps give good results and our internet is working fine. When it worked, it had a simple, clean interface that gave straightforward, clear measurements of network speed.
