No verification code
Pretty sad. Had open tickets so downloaded to work from mobile. Entered login credentials and pop up asking for verification code emailed which is normal, but the email with code doesn’t arrive so pretty much useless. Yes, I check all folders.

All round great, needs notification support for tickets
The only thing missing that is seriously needed is an Apple notification mechanism in response to any new or replied or change of ticket status. Otherwise, it does what it supposed to do.

I would have given it four star because I didn’t get a notification when an urgent ticket appeared (until I checked my email). Also, Be nice to have that VNC support added as well.

I currently have a free year of the student web hosting. I love it so far! You guys are truly the best! This app makes you guys look 10x better! Thank you so much guys! I also like that I can access my cPanel via the app. Keep up the great work!
Mobile access to Interserver
This app is a great tool to access my account and servers. The only problem I have found so far is that all of the text being entered, on the login page as well as in support tickets, is white text on a white background. This needs to be fixed.
