About

IntervalBridge is for people who live in the cracks of the calendar. If your day is a string of back-to-back meetings, the problem is rarely “more tasks”—it is the unclaimed five to fifteen minutes in between, when your brain still vibrates with the last conversation and the next one is already loading. The app does not try to run your whole life. It helps you use those gaps on purpose, without turning them into another guilt-driven productivity contest. You open IntervalBridge to see today’s empty intervals pulled into a clear list, each with a single suggested micro-action: breathe and look away, draft one sentence of follow-up, file two screenshots, stand and stretch, or queue a one-line update for your team. The point is to pick something small that fits the real length of the gap, so you finish with a clean handoff in your head instead of half-starting five different things. When you are honest about the stress level between meetings, the app can adapt suggestions toward recovery or light preparation so the next call does not start in panic mode. Over the week, you get a simple integrity view that answers one question: did you use your in-between time in a way you would defend out loud, or did it vanish into scroll and context switching. That is different from a Pomodoro app, a generic to-do list, or a broad habit tracker, because the unit of work is the gap itself, and the only commitment is a single action per gap. A typical first minute after onboarding: you land on Today, you see a few upcoming gaps, you tap a gap, you read the one recommended micro-action, you optionally note how stressed you feel on a one-to-five scale, and you start a short timer if the action is time-boxed. When the timer ends or you mark the action as done, the session is logged with the gap length and outcome. A second path is preparation: for a long gap, you may open the Micro-Action library, duplicate an action, or mark favorites so your future gaps surface the moves that actually help you, not a random list. A third path is the weekly view: you scan how many gaps had a completed action, which stress levels clustered on which days, and which micro-actions you actually repeat because they work for your role. The library is a catalog of small moves written for real office life: closing loops from the last call, pre-reading the next agenda, moving one Trello card, sending a three-line stand-up, or doing a two-minute body reset. You can add your own phrasing, but the defaults are already there so empty states never feel like a blank notepad. Settings include export of your own entries if you need a backup, theme preferences, and a full delete of local data. IntervalBridge is built for knowledge workers, team leads, and anyone whose calendar is not theirs anymore but who still wants the between-times to be humane and intentional, one gap at a time. If you want another timer that scolds you for not focusing, this is not it. If you want a calmer way to treat the space between meetings as real time, you are in the right place.
