Still room for improvement
The app asks for your location when signing up it then assumes your region is the language to display. I am an American in Italy and I don’t speak Italian so when the app changes the language to Italian and there’s no way to change it back, I can’t use the app.

Troppo pesante e ti blocca se non hai l’ultima versione
L’App ti occupa troppo spazio nel cellulare e ti fa aggiornare ogni volta a nuovi versioni bloccando subito la opzione di usarla senza fare subito l’aggiornamento
App does not match online help info
The app is supposed to be used to authorise online banking access. Unfortunately this does not work most of the time in the UK. Further the online help instructions for what Intesa calls Dynamic offline authentication are inconsistent with options presented in this version of the app - eg how do I access the camera to generate the access code? It is details like this which make the close to unusable.

Uso quest’app da anni, sono cliente San Paolo da più di 10 anni e posso confermare che quest’app è inutile. Non funziona mai. È sempre, costantemente in crash. A volte ho bisogno di fare un’operazione veloce e ovviamente quest’app aspetta quel momento per non funzionare.

I am at Banca Intesa in Italy and they told me there is a tecnical glitch and the app is not working. So I am not able to access my bank account from the app.

From being a big bank treating its smaller customers with disdain, Intesa now gives all of its customers a personal and friendly attention of a local bank. Whether I am here in Rome or abroad, I am always treated well and situations never develop into problems as they are handled and sorted out immediately. Back fees inacceptable !
Please explain why you need to charge 1€ when I transfer money between my accounts!! This is not acceptable!
Fails too many times!
Trenitalia for example, fails five times before you succeed, by then you missed the damn train. For a couple of Euro, while Anazon happily authorise a hundred with no check?
And everywhere online, if the card check comes, it fails mostly. Sometimes it fails then offers OTP One Time Password to your phone, that works, but the app fails to authorise.
