Me and My parents were using the app instead of the desktop site mainly for our search as we didnt always got time to sit together and go through profiles in Desktop PC. I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. At the time of joining, the staff were very proactive and kept following up continuously until the registration was completed. However, once the payment was made and the service started, the support became extremely poor.
There was no proper response from the staff side, and communication was very weak. After-service support is very bad, and they show little interest in helping clients after enrollment.
Overall, I do not recommend this branch due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service after joining.
