Reduzierte Waren sind nicht erhältlich

Wenn man Sachen die stark reduziert in die Warenkorb tun (6 Stück als Beispiel) dann funktioniert die Zahlung auf einmal nicht... Sofort danach nicht reduziert Produkte in der Warenkorb gepackt - und plötzlich funktioniert die kauf.

Only in Italian and can’t create account

No way that I can see to change the language. Creating an account fails as it won’t send an SMS. Pretty much makes the app useless.

Super Produkte, mäßige App

Ich kaufe seit Jahren Lieblingsstücke bei Intimissimi. Leider ist der Bestellvorgang durch die Umstellung auf die App sehr umständlich geworden. Es fehlt der Überblick, die App stürzt mehrfach ab. So macht Shopping hier leider keinen Spaß. Schade.

Impossible de créer un compte !

Je commande en tant qu’invité sur le site, impossible de créer un compte, cela me dit qu’une erreur est survenue à l’envoi du code par sms. C’est bien dommage pour une fidèle cliente comme moi et personne pour me répondre correctement, j’ai déjà contacté le service client.

Full of bugs and difficult search

The app has several bugs in the management do the cart and in the total amounts.
Search is not intuitive.
Too many extra steps to reach main menu after a selection.
One recent bug since you have to add the payment method twice.

Photos are good.
Selection of products and scroll are fast.

Schön gemacht, aber es könnte noch besser werden!

Die App ist sehr schön gemacht, aber es gibt nur die iPhone-Ansicht. Es wäre super, wenn man auch eine iPad-Ansicht hätte. Außerdem hat man keinen Zugriff auf die Gutscheine. Ich habe mehrere Gutscheine von Intimissimi erhalten, die ich für Einkäufe nutzen wollte, aber ohne Erfolg. Die Gutscheine sind ungenutzt geblieben, bis sie verfallen sind. Da ist großes Verbesserungspotenzial!

Mauvaise application

L’application marche juste mal elle supprime votre liste de favoris en disant que les produits ne sont plus disponibles et de plus elle est extrêmement longue à la détente

Optimal Comfort

The Lara Lace bras have been a life saver for me. I am 74. Underwire bras are so uncomfortable and I am able to wear the lace bras without pain. Also the fact that there is no padding is a plus. I do not need additional support. I now own 9 Lara Lace Triangle Bras. I wash them with my regular wash in a knit bag and hang them to dry. I’ve had my original 5 for at least 3 years and they are still like new. Great product and I feel good about how they look as well. Even this 74 year old likes to look a bit sexy

Worst experience ordering and I was charged more than the balance owed somehow

I was excited to purchase the items in my cart, especially since they were at 50 to 60% off however, when I went to check out several times my cart experience, difficulty checking out. When I finally was able to process the payment, the order total was only $188 (before sale prices) which should’ve gone down to about $77 since everything was 50 to 60% off however I somehow was charged $197???. Going into store to figure this out, so frustrating.

Online technology is awful

I’ve just wasted an entire hour trying to login online and then finally signed into the app and it was almost as bad. This company desperately needs to work on its IT. In the end I was able to order, but after many frustrating times of redoing passwords and payments. I have never ordered from this company before and I hope the quality is worth all the time I just spent.

Dies ist die erste Shopping-App, in der ich nicht shoppen kann. Sobald man auf „Größe auswählen“ drücken möchte, tut sich gar nichts mehr. Wirklich sehr anstrengend.

Schlechteste App ever! Ebenso geködert über Black Friday Rabatt, aber 2,5 Stunden erfolglos versucht, mein Profil anzulegen! Meine Tochter ebenso! Nach der Gage für Heidi Klum reicht es jetzt wohl für die IT nicht mehr!
