It’s impossible to add the membership card to the wallet app…
App doesn’t work
The app no longer works on my iPhone 16 pro max. At first it was just a white screen with the squares moving so the assistant in store recommended I delete the app and re download it. Now all I get is a black screen.
Pointless really as I would like to use the app in store. Now I have to log in via the website which isn’t ideal especially if I have no signal.

Glitchy App
I love Rituals’ products and that’s the reason I’m still giving this app 3 stars. The fragrances, quality and overall brand experience are wonderful.
Unfortunately, the app itself lets the experience down. It’s often slow, glitches regularly and I’ve repeatedly encountered an issue where it asks for a valid address even when the address entered is correct. I’ve tried multiple valid addresses and receive the same error every time, making checkout frustrating.
It’s a real shame because the products are beautiful and I genuinely enjoy shopping with Rituals. I’d love to see the app improved so it reflects the same quality as the products.

Doesnt open on my iphone17 pro max just black screen restarted and same thing

Says 10% off if you download the app and create an account but if you do it you still don’t get 10% off
