App doesn’t work
The app no longer works on my iPhone 16 pro max. At first it was just a white screen with the squares moving so the assistant in store recommended I delete the app and re download it. Now all I get is a black screen.
Pointless really as I would like to use the app in store. Now I have to log in via the website which isn’t ideal especially if I have no signal.

Glitchy App
I love Rituals’ products and that’s the reason I’m still giving this app 3 stars. The fragrances, quality and overall brand experience are wonderful.
Unfortunately, the app itself lets the experience down. It’s often slow, glitches regularly and I’ve repeatedly encountered an issue where it asks for a valid address even when the address entered is correct. I’ve tried multiple valid addresses and receive the same error every time, making checkout frustrating.
It’s a real shame because the products are beautiful and I genuinely enjoy shopping with Rituals. I’d love to see the app improved so it reflects the same quality as the products.

Says 10% off if you download the app and create an account but if you do it you still don’t get 10% off
Rituals Products - Amazing. App - Poor
I love rituals: their products are incredible. However, this app is poor. It is incredible slow and glitchy. It’s so difficult to complete an order or navigate smoothly through the site.
No birthday gift
I’ve spent over £100 on my account come to my birthday the gift showing locked. Absolute joke

Love the brand but don’t love the app. It doesn’t update your details, it doesn’t update your rewards, it doesn’t add your promo discounts, it is ok for browsing but it stops there.

Aplikacja jest na prawdę tragiczna, bardzo mało intuicyjna ale najgorszy jest brak możliwości wyboru punktu odbioru - wyszukiwanie nie działa! Nie podstawiają się najbliższe punkty odbioru.

Nagle wygasa hasło. Bez informacji i potem problem z ponownym logowanie , nie można uzyskać info zmiany hasła na maila- nie dotarła od godziny
