I used to love it but…

I used to love playing I uninstalled for space and then reinstalled it today and I’ve lost all my progress even though I’ve logged in to my Netflix account And also logged into my profile where I’ve played it

Bug

I am unable to collect the after event prize and it’s frustrating. From the past 2 events, when I login, I’m unable to get the rewards (coins). I have no idea why this is happening but it is really annoying putting hours into this game and not able to collect the rewards I deserve. Overall really good game. Please look into it
