Awful!
Forced to update this very buggy app, and it required me to re-login and verify my email. It said it sent an email confirmation but I never received it. Now I can’t use the app at all!

Worst App
This is the worst and most some timed app I’ve ever seen. If it works 1 time a week, we’d be lucky. It’s ridiculous and the maker of the app doesn’t seem to care, you can’t even get in touch with them!
Rubbish
Description is rubbish simply because majority of time it does not connect to the spa even when the device is placed next to the spa. Dreadful system
Accessibility noncompliant
I bought my spot at Trevi in Montreal. I chose specifically the model I have with the transmitter so that I can manage the spa through the app on my iPhone. I am blind. We are in 2026. Apps are very easy things to develop, even teenagers make them. This company is unable to create an app with simplicity, access to all functions and even label the buttons properly so that blind users using voiceover or magnification features built into Apple devices can be independent and enjoy their spa. Not possible to manage anything. a very unfortunate product and accompany who really doesn’t seem to care about making their product user-friendly, universally accessible, and responsive to the needs of its clients

Garbage
This app is GARBAGE it has never worked right since I have had my spa. Now they want to make a new app and charge you $99 for it. They should give it everyone for free just because of this app we have NEVER working. I will never download the new app to pay money for something that probably does not work like the current app.

crazy bad and a 100$ upgrafe
headline says it all, hardly ever works and an upgrade announced but it will cost $100 for the same ap. Horribly bad!

This is the most useless app ever! I was told there were alerts for low temperature or power interruption. This was appealing as we frequently travel. The only thing I could do on this app was check the temperature, and only if I was lucky that it connected. We have extenders all over the house and I put one inside the window beside the hot tub, still had problems. Don’t bother

This is rough
How do you make something as simple as a programmable thermostat so difficult? UI is unintuitive with icons that make no sense.
Often down & very limited abilities
30-40% of the time the app is down and has to be reset. The features are much too limited. Cannot verify what time the spa is set to. Most functions can only be done from the spa aside from setting the temperature and filter and econo cycles. App seems outdated and archaic.

App only works 1 in 10 times that I try to control the spa. Both phone and spa are connected to the same wifi but issue continue. App Needs an update
Junk
The device and its software worked for the first month or two, but its worthless now. I spoke with technical support at one point and were able to run troubleshooting, which got it working again for a day and then it stopped working again. I’ve run the same steps over and over and cannot get it to connect with my device.

Works well enough
Helps me manage my hot tub remotely however the app cannot set the clock time you still need to do this manually at the control panel which looses a star for me but still very useful.
Update doesn't work
We were forced unexpectedly to update to this app and it doesn't connect to the spa despite the previous gecko app working fine ! Now we don't have remote control what a disappointment
Poor connectivity
The app is extremely slow, and often won’t connect at all. I don’t have this problem with any other app on my phone (so it’s not the strength of our signal). At the recommendation of our World of Spa representative, I deleted the app, rebooted our entire system, and reloaded the app. This made no difference. Very frustrating.

Frustrating app and frustrating company
I’ve had this since my spa was installed 5 years ago and it continues to decline. Setting temperature rarely sticks, setting “eco” times and filter run times is a neurotic and “will it? Won’t it?” experience, and worst of all there is no way to set the time manually because “the app will automatically sync the spa to your phones time”. After 5 years I will tell you it does not.
I finally installed Home Assistant on a raspberry pi just to install the gecko/intouch plugin and it’s amazing. It’s responsive, it works, but it unfortunately also won’t let me set the time on the spa nor will it manage filter times.
I have also had connectivity issues with the app, even though the wireless receivers are less than 10 ft away from each other (can’t run a direct Ethernet line for some reason?). I’m a network Admin so I’ve done everything right such as changing signal channels, etc — I’m convinced it’s a problem with this app, because home assistant has never had an issue connecting to the spa.

Out of date
The app doesn’t seem to work anymore after IPhone updates.
Will this be something that will be updated?
The app used to work wonderfully and it was great to get into the hot tub with the lights and jets already on.

It finally happened to me
The app out of nowhere stopped connecting when not on the same Wi-Fi network, so it is now pretty much useless in terms of checking on the spa when you’re away from home.
Can’t control temperature anymore
Please fix the temperature slider on iOS! Broken for months, this is absurd
Painful
Always saying my WiFi is off or too weak, yet I have many smart devices and they all work very well with our WiFi. Unfortunately this app is painful and freaks me out that my power is out or the hot tub is off and in fact it’s not.
