Poor performance; poorly designed
I have to log in every time I open the application.
My login times out 50% of the time.
Commands sent to my tub often time out.
The scheduling side is confusing at best.
I can’t control my exterior lights on their own schedule (jacuzzi 3xx series).
The energy usage chart is buggy and most just renders as blank.
All that said. The app does work sometimes. The alerts and reminders are nice.
I’m giving one star. Mostly because it’s been three years, and nothing has changed. If anything; I feel like it’s gotten worse.

Just OK
It’s nice to be able to adjust the temperature and filtration cycles. It’s a bit maddening that you can’t reset the monitor on the clear ray, water change, or filters until the time runs out. I change my water more frequently than the monitor and it’s pretty useless if you can’t reset.
Worst App Ever
Do not waste your money on this app. Have had it almost 6 months with our brand new swim spa and it’s worked maybe a month total. Currently it says my temp is 32 degrees F when it’s actually 95. Customers service is not help other than if I send an email complaining the app magically works for a few days until it doesn’t again. Jacuzzi bus no help either. Not worth the price paid, it’s not worth it even if it was free. Garbage.

Good luck accessing SmartTub
Can’t even login the 1st time…accepted the code I was emailed but that’s as far as I got…useless app…don’t bother
SmartTub app not accessible for visual impaired users anymore
I downloaded the SmartTub app when I purchased my Jacuzzi hot tub. I am visually impaired and changes have been made to the app that doesn’t allow me to use it anymore. I reached out on the app for help and sent three emails but I have received no answer. Please make this app accessible again for visually impaired users. It is a inconvenient and a hassle having to depend on people to control your tub for you.
